This is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe! I won the cookie bake-off at work with this recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup Crisco
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix Crisco, sugar and eggs with a spoon. Add brown sugar and mix again. Add flour and remaining ingredients and mix well (no blender, just a wooden spoon). Add in chocolate chips generously and give the dough a final stir. Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Do not over bake (this is the key)! Enjoy with milk.
